The Challange
Wellness retreats are an exceptional niche for the audience; therefore, as a digital product designer and owner, I created a simple yet chic experience for the target audience.
Mindretreats is a combination of marketplace and SaaS solutions. As a traveler, one can book their favorite kind of retreat in a few clicks; however, as a retreat host, one can buy a wide range of suites and services from Mindretreats.
Process & Deliverables
Branding Guide – Provided with a chic branding guide.
Competitive Analysis – Ran detailed competitive analysis during the discovery phase to find unique opportunities and avoid the pitfalls of currently available solutions.
Information Architecture and User Flows – User flows and information architecture are critical for success, especially if the project has multiple offerings. Therefore, I designed various user flows for the different kinds of users and ensured they could perform their tasks seamlessly.
Wireframes – Mid-fidelity wireframes are ideal for validating ideas and running with users.
User Testing – Performed through user testing and incorporated users’ feedback in the designs.
Design – Some high-fidelity screens are part of the case study.
