The Challange
The Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) is the global champion of impact investing, dedicated to increasing its scale and effectiveness around the world. As a digital product designer, my primary job redesign their investment benchmark reports and improve the overall user experience of it. As the current ones are clunky and hard to navigate through.
Process & Deliverables
User Interviews –Planned and conducted detailed user interviews including internal and external stakeholders.
User Flows –Enhanced the user flows and whole interaction of the benchmark reports.
Style Guide –Provided the client with improved styleguide, especially for charts.
